Outback Presents is a leading independent full-service live entertainment promoter in North America that handles thousands of shows, tours, and festivals each year. Outback Presents began partnering with Revive and Amazon in December 2022 with one campaign in a sole market. Since then, the partnership has grown with 7 campaigns and tours across 48 markets in the US. Outback Presents runs Streaming TV, Audio, Display, Search, and social in-house to promote ticket sales of over 2,000 shows across the country.

The Challenge

Our objective was to engage a distinct audience - dedicated followers of Druski, primarily within the Comedy and Hip Hop communities. The additional challenge was navigating tight turnarounds due to pressing tour schedules. The success of this campaign was determined by the main key performance indicator (KPI) of clicks to ticketing sites.

The Approach

We leveraged Amazon’s brand and category purchase frequency insights data to develop a unique audience strategy to increase overall return.

The Results

Transitioning from Twitch Display to Sponsored Display for Non-Endemic on mid-campaign significantly boosted performance. CTR increased from 0.014% to 0.11%, impressions rose by 11x, and CPC dropped from $63 to $0.62. This shift led to an 86% surge in clicks.
